Things to Remember
- Check in at 12:00 Hrs. and Check out at 10:00 Hrs. Allotment/ Extension of any room’s is always on subject to availability & on Chargeable basis.
- Children & Extra Bed – Free one child below 8 years. When using existing beds.
- Extra Person/ Child (06 Yrs. Onward):- Rs.1500/- Net per Person/ Child with & without bed same charges.
- Pets not allowed in rooms.
Credit Cards
Major credit cards are accepted. The hotel reserves the right to pre authorize credit cards prior to check-in.
Child Policy
Children up to 6 years can stay free in parent’s room when sharing bed with parents. Children aged 08 years and older are fully charged.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation before 30 days of booking date will invite 10% of booking value as processing charge.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking will be subject to 50% refund of total amount.
- Cancellations / no show within 48 hours of the booking will be subject to 100% cancellation charge of total amount.
- Reservation cancels within 24 hrs. Of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to accommodation charges for the entire length of stay originally booked.
- There will be no refund whatsoever for cancellations made in ‘Black-out’ period (peak season) between OCTOBER to February every year.
- For all Apex Bookings, there is no refund for cancellations or for change in travel schedule.
Identity Record
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
